We are a growing roof cleaning and maintenance company serving homeowners, schools, and commercial clients across London and the South East. If you take pride in practical work, look after customers’ properties, and want a team that trains you properly, we would like to hear from you.
Who we are looking for
We hire people who are reliable, physically fit, and happy working outdoors at height. You do not need roofing experience to apply — attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
- Roof cleaning operatives — moss removal, biocide soft-washing, and controlled pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning & maintenance crew — ladder work, downpipe clearance, and basic roof inspections
- Drivers with a clean licence — moving kit and teams safely between sites (van provided where required)
- Apprentices & career changers — structured training for the right candidates
A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required for most field roles. We welcome applications from people who speak English, Polish, Ukrainian, or Spanish — our application form is available in all four languages.
Where you will work
Our teams cover residential streets, schools, and commercial units throughout the South East. Typical areas include:
- West Sussex — Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead, and coastal towns
- Surrey — Guildford, Redhill, Woking, and the M25 corridor
- Kent — Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, and north Kent
- Greater London — south and south-west boroughs on scheduled routes
Jobs are planned in advance so you know where you are heading each day. We aim to keep travel sensible and avoid unnecessary long runs when we can.
