Not always. For many external roof and gutter jobs, we can carry out the work as long as we have safe access and the details have been agreed beforehand. We will confirm what is needed before the appointment.

External work usually only needs clear access to the property sides, a safe place for equipment and agreed parking.
If we need indoor access for a leak check or downpipe routing, we will arrange that with you in advance.
We confirm completion and send photos where helpful so you can see results without being present all day.
